Delete Your CrewBoard Account

Delete from within the app

1. Open CrewBoard and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm with the one-time verification code we send to your phone or email.

Your account and all associated data are then permanently deleted.

Or request by email

Email support@crewboard.app from the email address or phone number on your account, and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account owners: your company and everything in it — crews, channels, messages, tasks, jobs, and all member records — along with your login credentials. Any active subscription is canceled.
• Crew members: your membership, your messages, device tokens, and your login credentials.

We do not retain any of this data after deletion. We keep only a minimal internal record that a deletion occurred, which contains no personal content.
